Purified by sequential chromatography.\n\nBiological Activity: Recombinant human NFAT (Nuclear Factor of Activated T-cells) is phosphorylatable in vitro, using recombinant GSK-3b and PKA. Optimization of the cell stimulation protocol, cell lysis procedure and reaction conditions may be required for each specific application.\n\nSource: Recombinant human NFATc1 (amino acid residues 2-298) is produced in E. coli with an amino-terminal polyhistidine tag.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
