NFATC2 (Nuclear Factor Of Activated T-cells, Cytoplasmic 2, NF-ATc2, NFATc2, T-cell Transcription Factor NFAT1, NFAT Pre-existing Subunit, NF-ATp, NFAT1, NFATP)

NFATC2 is a member of the nuclear factor of activated T cells (NFAT) family. It is a DNA-binding protein with a REL-homology region (RHR) and an NFAT-homology region (NHR). This protein is present in the cytosol and only translocates to the nucleus upon T cell receptor (TCR) stimulation, where it becomes a member of the nuclear factors of activated T cells transcription complex. This complex plays a central role in inducing gene transcription during the immune response.\n\nApplications:\nSuitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nELISA: 1:64,000\nWestern Blot: 0.3-1ug/ml\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
