NH15-CA2 is a hybrid cell line formed by the fusion of N115-BU-8 (a bromodeoxyuridine-resistant mutant of N1E-115 and 108CC15 (itself a mouse neuroblastoma N18TG2 x rat glioma C6-BU-1 hybrid line). This �hybrid-hybrid� line contains both cholinergic and adrenergic enzyme activities.

Storage temp:	Creative Bioarray ships frozen cells on dry ice. On receipt, immediately transfer frozen cells to liquid nitrogen (-180 �C) until ready for experimental use. Never can cryopreserved cells be kept at -20 �C.
