Nop5p, Nop6p (Nop58p)

Nop5p (a.k.a. Nop58p) and Nop6p. Both Nop5p and Nop6p are localized in the yeast nucleolus along with Nop1p.\n\nApplications:\nSuitable for use in Immunofluorescence and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nImmunofluorescence: For yeast cells we recommend dilutions in the range of 1:1000-1:10,000.\nImmunoprecipitation: 2-4ul with the amount of lysate derived from 5 OD600 units of yeast culture.\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
