Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nImmunohistochemistry: 1:1000-1:2500\nImmunocytochemistry: 1:1000-1:2500\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nAb:Biotin Label Ratio:\n1:4.7\n\nSpecificity:\nUsing a conjugate Noradrenaline-Glutaraldehyde-Protein, antibody specificity was performed with an ELISA test by competition experiments with the following compounds (1).\n\nCompound Crossreactivity ratio (a):\nNoradrenaline-G-BSA 1\nOctopamine-G-BSA 1:31\nDopamine-G-BSA 1:70\nAdrenaline-G-BSA 1:177\nL-DOPA-G-BSA > 1:5000\nTyramine-G-BSA > 1:5000\nNoradrenaline > 1:5000\n\n(a): Noradrenaline-G-BSA concentration/unconjugated or conjugated catecholamine concentration at half displacement.\nG = Glutaraldehyde, BSA = Bovine Serum Albumin\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
