PE anti-mouse TCR Valpha11.1, 11.2

Valpha11 T cell receptor (TCR Valpha11) is a variant of TCR alpha chain and, along with TCR beta chain, forms the TCR heterodimer. In association with the CD3 complex, TCR alpha/beta is responsible for antigen recognition through the interaction with MHC-peptide complex to initiate the T cell-mediated immune responses. The RR8-1 antibody is specific for b and d haplotypes of TCR Valpha11.1 and Valpha11.2, but not for Valpha11.3. It does not react with a and c haplotypes of TCR Valpha11.
