Petromyzonol sulfate (PZS) is a bile salt derivative isolated from the sea lamprey (Petromyzon marinus ) ammocoete (larval form). PZS appears to be a spawning chemoattractant for the sea lamprey. Melting Point: 176-178 degrees C Solubility: DMSO, Water Storage and Stability: May be stored at RT for short-term only. Long-term storage is recommended at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
