Sample Lot Value: 1292 pmol/min/ug\n\nUnit Defintion:\nOne unit is defined as the amount of enzyme that will convert 1pmole of 3', 5'-cAMP to \n5'-AMP per min at 37 degrees C. Assay conditions:10mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.4, 10mM MgCl2, 1mM MnCl2, 200uM cAMP and 0.2ng/ul PDE3A at 37C for 20 min. Quantified by 5'-nucleotidase cleaving the 5'-AMP product and releasing the phosphate group which is detected by Malachite Green Reagent.\n\nApplications: \nUseful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling.\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nStore at -70 degrees C.
