pNL1.1[Nluc] Vector (NanoLuc Genetic Reporter Vectors)
The enzyme is about 100-fold brighter than other forms of luciferase and uses a novel substrate, furimazine (Nano-Glo® Luciferase Assay System), to produce high intensity, glow-type luminescence.
The small size and extreme brightness of NanoLuc® Luciferase bring exceptional sensitivity and expanded possibilities to traditional genetic reporter assays.

Numerous configurations of NanoLuc® Luciferase are available to meet diverse applications including unfused Nluc for maximal light output and sensitivity, NanoLuc®-PEST (NlucP) to closely couple protein expression to changes in transcriptional activity and increase signal-to background ratios, and NanoLuc® luciferase fused to an N-terminal secretion signal (secNluc) when a secreted reporter is preferred.
