NTAL is a transmembrane adaptor protein with an apparent molecular weight of 30 kD expressed on B cells, NK cells, and myeloid cells. The NTAL is a transmembrane adaptor protein found in lipid raft microdomains that participates in B cell activation. NTAL interacts with a variety of proteins including Grb2, PLC gamma 2, and PLC gamma 1. The NAP-07 monoclonal antibody reacts with human and mouse NTAL and has been shown to be useful for Western blotting.

Dilutions:	Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by Western blotting. Western blotting, suggested working dilution(s): Use 10 microl per 5 ml antibody dilution buffer for each mini-gel. For IHC, use a 15 microl/ml dilution of antibody for staining. Antigen retrieval for IHC of formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue using 0.01 M sodium citrate buffer is recommended. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
