Rabbit Anti-Human MCP-3 monoclonal antibody for WB. The monocyte chemotactic protein-3 (MCP3) is a secreted chemokine possessing two adjacent cysteines (C-C motif) at the N-terminus. MCP3 has been reported to interact with several C-C chemokine receptors, which can be simultaneously, or selectively expressed on leukocyte subpopulations. It acts in chemokine receptor mediated recruitment of inflammatory cells during inflammation, and is essential for innate immune defense against microbial infection. The gene is located on chromosome 17q11.2-q12.
