Rabbit Anti-Human PHLPP2 monoclonal antibody for IHC-P, WB. PHLPP2 (PH domain and leucine-rich repeat protein phosphatases 2) is a membrane-bound protein with dual functions as a tumor suppressor and a protein phosphatase. It mediates dephosphorylation of 'Ser-473' of AKT1, 'Ser-660' of PRKCB isoform beta-II and 'Ser-657' of PRKCA as well as AKT3 phosphorylation. Dephosphorylation of AKT1, PRKCA and PRKCB leads to their destabilization and degradation and inhibits cancer cell proliferation.
