Rabbit Anti-TRBC1 monoclonal antibody for IHC-P, WB. T-cell receptor beta (TCR-beta) is an intricate part of the T lymphocyte receptor and it is involved in antigen recognition. Each T cell receptor is a dimer with one alpha and one beta chain or one delta and one gamma chain. A majority of peripheral T-cells (95%) express alpha/beta heterodimer. Chromosomal abnormalities of the T-cell receptor beta locus are associated with T-cell lymphomas.
