RANGER Mix is a ready-to-use 2x mix, designed to amplify templates of 10kb or greater with extreme sensitivity. The advanced formulation of RANGER Mix enables extreme sensitivity (Fig. 1) and increased fidelity. RANGER Mix contains all the reagents necessary for trouble-free PCR reaction set-up. For your convenience all of the components are supplied in one tube, to reduce the number of pipetting steps and to improve efficiency and reproducibility. RANGER Mix is based on our RANGER DNA Polymerase and is highly suitable for all PCR applications of long templates, including targeted re-sequencing using next-generation sequencers. RANGER Mix dramatically reduces the time needed to set up reactions, thereby minimizing the risk of contamination. Greater reproducibility is ensured by the reduction in the number of pipetting steps that can lead to pipetting errors.
