RANK (TRANCE-R; CD265) is the receptor for RANKL/TRANCE/OPGL. It is essential for RANKL-mediated osteoclastogenesis and is involved in the regulation of interactions between T cells and dendritic cells.
Biological Activity:
Inhibits mouse and human RANKL biological functions.
Sequence:
Mouse RANK (aa 31-214) is fused at the C-terminus to the Fc portion of human IgG1.
Storage and Stability:
Short-term Storage: +4 degrees C
Long-term Storage: -20 degrees C
Stable for at least 6 months after receipt when stored at -20 degrees C.
