Ras Activation Assay Kit, BioAssay(TM) measures Ras activation. Capacity: 30 assays per kit Kit Components: R1198-07A1: Raf 1 RBD, Recombinant, Human (Agarose), 1x600ug R1198-07A2: Ras, p21, N,H,K Mab Mo xHu, 1x100ug R1198-07A3: Mg2+ Lysis/Wash Buffer (5X), 2x18ml R1198-07A4: 10mM GTPgS (100X), 1x50ul R1198-07A5: 100mM GDP (100X), 1x50ul Storage and Stability: Store at -20 degrees C. Stable for 6 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Quality Control Testing: R1198-07 precipitated Ras-GTP from HeLa cell lysates that had been loaded with GTPgS. The precipitated Ras-GTP was detected by Western blot using 0.05ug/ml R1198-07A2.
