Ras Activation Assay Kit, BioAssay(TM) measures Ras activation.\nCapacity: 30 assays per kit\n\nKit Components:\nR1198-07A1: Raf 1 RBD, Recombinant, Human (Agarose), 1x600ug\nR1198-07A2: Ras, p21, N,H,K Mab Mo xHu, 1x100ug\nR1198-07A3: Mg2+ Lysis/Wash Buffer (5X), 2x18ml\nR1198-07A4: 10mM GTPgS (100X), 1x50ul\nR1198-07A5: 100mM GDP (100X), 1x50ul\n\nStorage and Stability:\nStore at -20 degrees C. Stable for 6 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. \n\nQuality Control Testing: R1198-07 precipitated Ras-GTP from HeLa cell lysates that had been loaded with GTPgS.
