Polyvalent dengue antigens are 18kDa proteins containing subtype 1,2,3 and 4. They are a new group of antigens specifically designed for ELISA assay. Except common epitopes shared by each subtype, this group of peptides also contains subtype specific epitopes, sometimes OD value peaks at one individual subtype. Dengue infection may miss without including all four subtype antigens. All the recombinant peptides are fused with a 6xHis Tag. Polyvalent dengue is purified by proprietary chromatographic technique.
