Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Note:
This buffer contains BSA. In order to avoid the risk of bacterial growth, do not store buffer containing BSA at +4 degrees C for periods longer than one week. If buffer is to be stored at +4 degrees C it should be aliquoted into small portions and the main stock should be kept at -20 degrees C.
