RFLAT-1 (RANTES Factor of Late Activated T Lymphocytes 1)

Anti-RANTES factor of Late Activated T Lymphocytes-1 (RFLAT-1) polyclonal antiserum. RFLAT-1 is a novel protein belonging to the TFIIIA-like zinc ?nger protein superfamily and binds to the A site of the RANTES (Regulated upon Activation, Normal T cell Expressed and Secreted) chemokine. RANTES is involved in the generation of in?ammatory in?ltrate and HIV entry into immune cells.\n\nApplications:\nSuitable for use in Western Blot and ELISA. Other applications have not been tested.\n\nRecommended Dilution: \nWestern Blot: 1:500-1:1000\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nStorage and Stability: \nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
