RGS9, NT (RGS9, Regulator of G-protein signaling 9) (Azide free) (HRP)

This gene encodes a member of the RGS family of GTPase activating proteins that function in various signaling pathways by accelerating the deactivation of G proteins. This protein is anchored to photoreceptor membranes in retinal cells and deactivates G proteins in the rod and cone phototransduction cascades. Mutations in this gene result in bradyopsia. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.\n\nApplications:\nSuitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, ELISA\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nELISA: 1:1,000\nWestern Blot: 1:100-500\nImmunohistochemistry: 1:10-50\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Do not freeze horseradish peroxidase conjugates which could result in a substantial loss of enzymatic activity. Light sensitive. Aliquots are stable for 6 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
