TRIM69 is a member of the RING-B-box-coiled-coil (RBCC) family with an N-terminal RING finger motif, a PRY domain and a C-terminal SPRY domain. The mouse ortholog of TRIM69 is specifically expressed in germ cells at the round spermatid stages during spermatogenesis and, when overexpressed, induces apoptosis. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:32,000 Western Blot: 0.5-2ug/ml Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 2.5-3.8ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
