Adipose-derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells (ADSCs) are multipotent stem cells that can differentiate into a variety of cell types, including osteocytes, adipocytes and chondrocytes. And they have wide applications in tissue engineering, cell therapy and gene therapy. Cyagen OriCell SD Rat ADSCs are derived from adipose tissue at inguen of qualified SD Rat, cultured as monolayer, and cryopreserved at the second passage. These cells express specific clusters of differentiation proteins for ADSCs, and have a strong capacity for selfrenewal while maintaining multipotency. They are tested negative for bacteria, fungi and mycoplasma.
