Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA as a blocking reagent or control for most immunoassay applications. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degrees C. Stable for 12 months at -20 degrees C. Reconstitute with 2ml/5ml of deionized water. Swirl gently and let stand for up to 2 hours at 18-25 degrees C. Centrifuge reconstituted serum to remove any precipitates. . Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
