Research studies have used this antibody to study the distribution of synaptic changes in the hippocampus of patients with medically refractory temporal lobe epilepsy (1, 3, 8). \n\nApplications:\nSuitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. \n\nRecommended Dilution: \nImmunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 1:2000-1:5000\nDoes not require protein digestion or antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections. \nWestern Blot: 1:500-1:5000\nOptimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher.\n\nIHC Positive Control:\nBrain\n\nHybridoma:\nNSO myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. \n\nRecommended Secondary Antibodies:\nI1904-04D: IgG, H&L (AP) Pab Gt xMo\nI1904-06F: IgG, H&L (FITC) Pab Gt xMo\nI1904-06C: IgG, H&L (HRP) Pab Gt xMo\nI1903-07E: IgG, (HRP) Pab Rb xMo\nI1903-13A: IgG, (PE) Pab Gt xMo\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
