Applications: For use as a histone deacetylase inhibitor. Recommended Dilutions: 1, 5, 20 and 100mM showed >70% inhibition of HDAC activity in HeLa nuclear extract using H5109-62: Histone Deacetylase (HDAC), BioAssay(TM) Fluorometric Detection Kit. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store at 4 degrees C. Stable for 6 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
