Cat no: S5380-05

Spectrin, alpha II, SH3 domain, non-erythroid (Fodrin

This antibody was developed against the alpha II spectrin SH3 domain.(1) Specific marker for human, rat and mouse alpha II spectrin or fodrin.\n\nSource: Tissue culture supernatant\n\nApplications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, Immunohistochemistry (Frozen only). Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilution: Immunofluorescence: 1:100-1:500, Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:100; Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nStorage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and add glycerol (40-50%). Freeze at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
