Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nFlow Cytometry: 1:5-1:10; 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nLyophilized powder may be stored at 4 degrees C. Reconstitute by adding sterile buffer or ddH2O. Aliquot and store at 4 degrees C. DO NOT FREEZE! Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Freezing allophycocyanin conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. Allophycocyanin conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Additional Info

Recognizes a cell surface antigen present on the surface of all guinea pig T lymphocytes. Weak reactivity is also seen with some myeloid cells, and with the L2C guinea pig B cell leukaemia.
