Applications:\nSuitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry (frozen. Other applications not tested. \n\nRecommended Dilution:\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. \n\nHybridoma: \nNS-1 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Additional Info

Recognizes guinea pig T lymphocytes (>95%) in lymph nodes, and does not react with B lymphocytes. It reacts with approximately 70% of thymocytes by FACS analysis and immunohistochemically the medullary thymocytes strongly express this antigen. The functional significance of this antigen is currently unknown.
