Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry (frozen. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: NS-1 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Additional info:	Recognizes guinea pig T lymphocytes (>95%) in lymph nodes, and does not react with B lymphocytes. It reacts with approximately 70% of thymocytes by FACS analysis and immunohistochemically the medullary thymocytes strongly express this antigen. The functional significance of this antigen is currently unknown.
