Each vial of HiTSeeker TACR3 (NK3) contains U2OS cells stably expressing Human Tachykinin Receptor 3 with no tag. We offer this cell line as a stable cell line but we are now also offering vials of division-arrested cells (DA cells) in order to perform a small number of assays. Each vial of these DA cells contains 2.5 million cells, an enough number of cells to perform a complete experiment in a 96 well-plate or 384 well-plate. Innoprot HiTSeeker TACR3 Cell Line has been designed to assay compounds or analyze their capability to modulate Tachykinin Receptor 3. When Sustance P binds to the TACR3 a G protein is activated, which in turn, triggers a cellular response mediated by second messengers (Ca). This cell line has been validated measuring Calcium increase in the cytosol. The high reproducibility of this assay allows monitoring TAC receptor 3 activation process in High Throughput Screening.
