TCR, V beta 3 (T Cell Receptor) (FITC)

Human T cell receptor (TCR) is a T cell surface expressed heterodimer of a/b or g/d chains. TCR's recognize antigen peptides bound to MHC molecules forming the basis of antigen specific response by T cells. \n\nApplications: \nSuitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications have not been tested. \n\nRecommended Dilutions:\nFlow Cytometry: 1:50. 80ul labels 5x10e5 cells.\nOptimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher.\n\nFlow Cytometry Protocol:\n1. 5x10e5 cultured CH7C17 tumor cells (HA1.7 V beta 3+ transfectant) were washed and incubated 45 minutes on ice with 80ul of T2040-17B at a 1:50 dilution. \n2. Cells were washed three times, fixed and analyzed by FACS. Cells stained positive with a mean shift of 1.1 log10 fluorescent units when compared to a Mouse IgG2a/FITC negative control at a similar concentration.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
