T-cell death-associated gene 51 regulates T-cell receptor/CD3-dependent induction of CD95/Fas in murine T cell hybridomas. TDAG51 may play a critical role in T cell apoptosis by coupling TCR stimulation to Fas expression. TDAG51 is specifically induced by IGF-I and plays an important role in the anti-apoptotic effects of IGF-I.\n\nApplications:\nSuitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nWestern Blot: 0.1ug/ml\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nPositive Control:\nHeLa cell lysate\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
