TGN38 (Trans-Golgi Network Integral Membrane Protein TGN38, Ttgn1)

TGN38 is found primarily in the Trans-golgi network, and has been found to be an excellent marker for this cellular organelle. TGN38 is likely to have a role in intracellular transport. It is the homologue of human TGN46.\n\nApplications:\nSuitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. \n\nRecommended Dilutions:\nImmunohistochemistry (Frozen): 0.1-1ug/ml. Fixation with methanol or methanol/acetone is recommended. \nWestern Blot: 0.1-1ug/ml\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. \n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
