Cell-permeable. A potent, selective and ATP-competitive inhibitor of PI 3-kinase b (IC?? = 5nM for p110b). Inhibits other PI3K isoforms at higher concentrations (IC?? = 0.1uM for p110e, 5uM for p110a, and 3.5uM for p110g). Solubility: DMSO (10mg/ml) or Ethanol (5mg/ml) Molecular Weight: ~364.44 Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degrees C. Stable for 12 months at -20 degrees C. Reconstitute with DMSO. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
