Cell-permeable. Helps in promoting human embryonic stem cell (hESC) survival by > 30-fold. In combination with ALK5 inhibitor SB-431542 (Cat. No. 1674-1) and MEK inhibitor PD- 0325901 (Cat. No. 1643-2), Thiazovivin promotes the transformation of fibroblasts into stem cells with a 200-fold efficiency. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degrees C. Stable for 12 months at -20 degrees C. Reconstitute with DMSO. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Light-sensitive.
