THOC5 (C22orf19, Fmip, PK1.3, fSAP79, THO complex subunit 5 homolog, hTREX90)

THOC5, a member of THO complex, functions in the tip associating protein (TAP)-p15 mediated nuclear export of Hsp70 mRNA (1). THOC5 affects granulocyte/macrophage differentiation and adipocyte differentiation, and it further supports the idea that the THO complex has a key role not only in early embryogenesis, but also in differentiation (2). It is also highly expressed in neutrophil/macrophage progenitor cells (3).\n\nApplications:\nSuitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested. \n\nRecommended Dilutions: \nWestern Blot: 1:1000-1:10,000 \nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. \n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months.
