Additional Info

Recognizes proteins and peptides phosphorylated at threonine residues in a manner largely independent of the surrounding amino acid sequence. May crossreact with some phospho-tyrosine or phospho-serine-containing sequences. In ELISA, recognizes a wide variety of threonine-phosphorylated peptides. In Western Blot, recognizes a large number of presumably threonine-phosphorylated proteins. Does not detect proteins containing threonine followed by proline.
