Thyroid Transcription Factor 1 (TTF-1, Thyroid nuclear factor 1, Homeobox protein Nkx-2.1)

Applications: \nSuitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nImmunoblot Analysis: A 1:500-1:1000 dilution of this lot detected TTF-1 in nuclear extract from H441 human lung epithelial cells.\nImmunoprecipitation: Has been reported by an independent laboratory to immunoprecipitate TTF-1.\nImmunohistochemistry: Has been reported by an independent laboratory to detect TTF-1 in 4% paraformaldehyde fixed human and mouse lung adenocarcinoma tissue.\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
