TIP47 (PP17)

Cargo protein involved in the trafficking of the mannose-6-phosphate receptor between endosomes and the Golgi complex. Also localized in the milk fat globule membranes. Increased amounts are found in cervix carcinoma patients.\n\nApplications: \nSuitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry (frozen tissue; paraffin sections after microwave treatment).\nOther applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilutions: \nImmunohistochemistry: 1:100-200; Incubation Time 1hr at RT\nWestern Blot: 1:1000 Using ECL.\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile glycerol (40-50%), aliquot and store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
