Applications:\nSuitable for use in ELISA as second antibody. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilution: \nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nHybridoma: \nHybridization of NSO cells with spleen cells from a BALB/c mouse immunized with purified melanoma-type t-PA.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nLyophilized powder may be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol and store at -20 degrees C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Binds to t-PA. Reaction with an epitope expressed on both the finger domain and growth factor domain of t-PA. Competitive inhibition of plasminogen activation in the presence of fibrin (Ki = 0.68nM). Half maximal binding to coated t-PA at 8.5ug/ml (high affinity).
