Total RNA Northern Blots are manufactured by using high-quality total RNA isolated from documented tissues. The tissue is excised, immediately frozen, and then pathologically identified. Total RNA is isolated by proprietary techniques. Each lane of the blot contains 20ug of RNA.\n\nThe purified RNA is separated by gel electrophoresis and transferred to a modified nylon membrane. Hybridizing a representative blot from each lot with DNA probe of human18S ribosomal RNA ensures the quality of each lot.
