Toll-Like Receptor (TLR4) belongs to the IL-1 receptor/Toll-like receptor superfamily. It is expressed in placenta and peripheral blood leukocytes. TLR4 is the pattern recognition receptor for LPS.
Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: 0.5-1ug/ml
Western Blot: 2mg/ml
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Hybridoma:
Fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, NS0-derived, recombinant human TLR4 extracellular domain.
Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degrees C. Stable for 12 months at -20 degrees C. Reconstitute with PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
