TICAM-2 functions in LPS-TLR4 signalling to regulate the MyD88-independent pathway during the innate immune response to LPS. It also plays a role in the activation of NF-kappa-beta. TICAM-2 is expressed in a variety of tissues including spleen, prostate, testis, uterus, heart and pancreas. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 0.5-2ug/ml Immunohistochemistry (frozen): 10ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
