TCF4 (transcription factor 4) is otherwise known as TF7L2, a basic helix-loop-helix (bHLH) domain-containing nuclear protein and member of the Tcf/Lef family, which interacts with beta-catenin to mediate Wnt signalling, acting as a transcriptional activator in cell development processes.
Applications:
Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Immunoprecipitation and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:
Immunofluorescence: 1ug/ml
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
