Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot 1:1000 ELISA 1:2000 Radioimmunoassay 1:100-1:2000 Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 10ug/ml Blocking/Neutralizing 50-200 molar excess Immunofluorescence 1:10-1:2000 Immunohistochemistry (frozen): 1:10-1:2000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Cellular Localization: Secreted Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile glycerol (40-50%), aliquot and store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 3 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Additional info: This antibody recognizes an epitope located in the N-terminal domain of human transferrin. Species Crossreactivity: Crossreacts with Human, porcine and Rabbit. Does not crossreact with bovine, Carp, canine, Horse or Sheep.
