This Transforming Growth Factor beta1, Human (TGFb1) BioAssay(TM) ELISA Kit is a 3 hour solid phase immunoassay readily applicable to measure TGFb1 levels in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant and other biological fluids in the range of 0 to 2500pg/m. It showed no cross reactivity with various other cytokines superfamily proteins. This TGFb1 ELISA kit is expected to be effectively used for further investigations into the relationship between TGFb1 and various diseases.
