TREM-1 stimulates neutrophils and monocytes-mediated inflammatory responses. TREM-1 activation, together with LPS and other PRR ligands, amplifies the production pro-inflammatory cytokines and thus the inflammatory response. The TREM-1 pathway also plays a crucial role in septic shock. Clone has been shown to activate monocytes and granulocytes. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Recommended Secondary Antibodies: Goat Anti Mouse IgG IgA IgM Alk.
