TREM-1 (Triggering Receptor Expressed on Monocytes 1, Triggering Receptor Expressed on Myeloid Cells 1 Precursor)

TREM-1 stimulates neutrophils and monocytes-mediated inflammatory responses. TREM-1 activation, together with LPS and other PRR ligands, amplifies the production pro-inflammatory cytokines and thus the inflammatory response. The TREM-1 pathway also plays a crucial role in septic shock. Clone has been shown to activate monocytes and granulocytes.\n\nApplications:\nSuitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Western Blot.
