Applications: \nSuitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Functional Studies. Other applications have not been tested. \n\nRecommended Dilutions:\nImmunohistochemistry (Frozen): 1:150 \nFunctional Studies: Neutralizes TNF-induced cytotoxicity on 4937 MCF-7, HeLa, and L929 cells; TNF-induced MHC expression is inhibited on K562 and Colo 205 cells; TNF induced IL-2R expression is inhibited on Yt cells.\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
