TYW3 (tRNA Wybutosine-synthesizing Protein 3 Homolog, tRNA-yW-synthesizing Protein 3, C1orf171)

TYW3 is an enzyme that participates in the wybutosine-tRNA (Phe) biosynthesis pathway. Wybutosine (yW) is a hypermodified guanosine at the 3-prime position adjacent to the anticodon of phenylalanine tRNA that stabilizes codon-anticodon interactions during decoding on the ribosome. TYW3 is involved in a multistep enzymatic reaction that stabilizes codon-anticodon base-pairing during the ribosomal decoding process, thereby ensuring correct translation.\n\nApplications:\nSuitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nWestern Blot: 1ug/ml\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nPositive Control:\nA549 Cell Lysate\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
