UBE2F (Ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme E2F), a ubiquitously expressed enzyme and member of the ubiquitin-like E2 conjugating enzyme family, which acts as a specific NEDD8 conjugating enzyme, by accepting NEDD8 from the Uba3-NAE1 (APP-BP1/Uba3) E1 complex.
Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: 1:32,000
Western Blot: 0.05-0.2ug/ml, observed in rat pancreas lysates on ~22kD bands
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
